Our Story

Growing up on different continents and with much different backgrounds, we are amazed at how God has brought us together and given us such a united heart to go and serve others by being the hands and feet of God. We met at church in Fayetteville, Arkansas during college and the rest is history. Before we got married, God had been working in each of us individually and we both felt called to serve abroad. Specifically, we felt God calling us to use our educational backgrounds as a basis for working in communities overseas. With God directing our studies in Civil Engineering and teaching, we have witnessed God opening up doors for using these skills in Kenya. We are very excited about what He has in store for us and we are humbled by all that God has provided already. He really has given us the desires of our hearts. We pray that our lives in Kenya will not only be used to educate and improve living conditions, but ultimately to expand the Kingdom of God and bring His light into communities of the poor and downtrodden.
